Hendri Font: Handwritten Elegance for Web Design

Testing Hendri in a hero section of a boutique online store, I immediately noticed how its soft, flowing strokes added a human touch to the digital experience. As a web designer, I'm always looking for fonts that balance personality with readability, and Hendri delivers on both fronts.

Hendri for Creative Portfolios and Personal Branding

When working on a creative portfolio site, I chose Hendri for the main headline. Its script handwritten style gave the page a warm, approachable feel that aligned with the artist's brand identity. The font's fluidity made it ideal for short, impactful statements without overwhelming the layout.

Pairing Hendri with a clean sans serif for body text created a balanced visual hierarchy. The contrast between the decorative display font and the simple typeface helped guide the user's eye through the content while maintaining a professional tone.

Hendri for Online Store Banners and Product Headlines

For an e-commerce site selling handmade goods, Hendri worked well as a banner title. Its personal, artistic vibe matched the brand's aesthetic and made the product pages feel more authentic. I used it sparingly—only for key headings and call-to-action buttons—to avoid cluttering the design.

On mobile screens, I found that smaller text sizes could reduce legibility. To address this, I increased the line height and spacing slightly, ensuring the font remained clear even on smaller devices. This adjustment also improved scanning behavior, making it easier for users to find what they needed quickly.

Hendri for Coaching Websites and Digital Course Pages

When designing a coaching website, I experimented with Hendri for the main CTA button. The font's expressive style added a sense of energy and encouragement, which resonated with the site's message. However, I avoided using it for longer paragraphs, as the cursive nature could make reading uncomfortable for some users.

For subheadings and section titles, Hendri provided a nice visual break from the standard typography. It helped create a more engaging flow, especially when paired with a neutral background or subtle texture. The font's versatility allowed it to work across different design elements without feeling out of place.

Hendri for Blog Headers and Social Media Graphics

On a blog redesign, I used Hendri for the header and featured post titles. Its handwritten charm complemented the editorial style of the site, giving it a more personalized feel. I kept the font at a larger size and used it only for the most important headlines to maintain clarity.

For social media graphics, Hendri proved useful for creating eye-catching captions and promotional banners. Its natural, organic look made the content feel more relatable and less corporate. I made sure to test it against various background images to ensure it remained readable in different contexts.

Hendri for Landing Pages and Campaign Promos

When building a campaign landing page for a new product launch, I used Hendri for the main headline. Its elegant, flowing lines gave the page a premium feel that matched the brand's image. I paired it with a modern serif font for supporting text, creating a cohesive and stylish layout.

On dark backgrounds, Hendri retained enough contrast to remain legible, but I adjusted the weight slightly to prevent it from blending into the background. For light backgrounds, the font looked crisp and clean, adding a touch of sophistication to the overall design.

Hendri for Logo Design and Brand Identity

One of the most compelling uses of Hendri was in logo design. Its script handwritten style lent itself well to custom logos that needed a personal, artisanal feel. I tested it in different sizes and weights, finding that it worked best when used in a simplified form rather than full cursive.

For a brand kit, I included Hendri as a primary font for headings and accents. It provided a consistent visual language across all assets, from website headers to email templates. The font's flexibility allowed it to adapt to different design needs without losing its unique character.

Hendri for Responsive Layouts and Fast-Loading Designs

In responsive layouts, I found that Hendri performed well on desktop but required careful sizing on mobile. I reduced the font size slightly and increased the letter spacing to maintain readability. This adjustment ensured the font remained legible on smaller screens without sacrificing its stylistic appeal.

For fast-loading designs, I made sure to use optimized webfont formats and limit the number of styles used. This approach helped keep the site lightweight while still allowing for creative expression through typography.
